Every board is cut on our HOMAG beam saw: rip cuts first, then cross cuts, square to the millimetre with clean, chip-free edges on melamine and gloss. We trim 10 mm off each factory edge and lose 4.4 mm per saw cut, which the cut list planner allows for.
Exposed edges are banded in PVC edging matched to the board decor. Tell us which sides to band: L for the long sides, W for the short sides.
Doors can come drilled for concealed hinges. Give the number of holes per door and the side they go on, and add the hinges to the same quote.

Write each part as quantity x length x width in mm, then the edging and hinge holes. For woodgrain boards the length is the side the grain runs along.
