Do you build kitchens and bedroom cupboards?
No, we do not. We supply all the material needed to build them: boards cut and edged to your sizes, worktops, hinges, handles, runners and the rest of the hardware.
Do you offer delivery?
We do not deliver at the moment. Orders are collected from our Benoni South branch.
What are your lead times?
Our current lead times are 1 working day for cut only orders and 2 to 3 working days for cut and edge orders.
I am in a hurry. Is there a faster way to get my order?
Yes. We offer express cutting and edging at an additional cost. Ask for express when you send your cut list.
How do I send you a cut list?
Use the online cut list planner: choose your boards, type each part's length, width and quantity, tick the edges that need edging and add hinge holes. It works out how many boards you need and you send it with your quote. You can also print the blank template, fill it in and email it to ErbBenoni@gmail.com or WhatsApp it to 062 436 4713.
How should I write my measurements?
Quantity x length x width in millimetres, then the edging and any hinge holes. For example: 2 x 2400 x 600, edging 2L 2W, 3 hinge holes. L is a long side, W is a short side. The first size is always the side the grain runs along on woodgrain boards.
What machine do you cut on?
Every board is cut on a HOMAG beam saw for straight, square, chip-free edges, then edged on our edgebander.
What sizes are the boards?
Most melamine, gloss and matt boards are full sheets of 2750 x 1830 mm, 16 mm thick. Post form tops are 3.6 m long in 600 mm and 900 mm depths. Each product page shows its size.
