Cut list planner Boards, edging and holes in one list.
Choose a board for each part and type the sizes in mm, length along the grain first. We work out how many boards you need and lay out every cut for our HOMAG beam saw (4.4 mm blade, 10 mm trimmed off each board edge).

How to measure and mark edging
- Length is the side the grain runs along on woodgrain boards. Turn the grain lock off for plain colours and we may turn the part to save board.
- Tap an edge on the little drawing to band it: L for the long sides, W for the short sides. Our team reads it as "Edging 2L 1W".
- Hinge holes: how many cup holes the door needs and on which side. We drill 35 mm cup holes for standard concealed hinges.
- Sizes are finished sizes, edging included.
Cutting layout Board by board.
Rip cuts along the board first, then cross cuts, the way a beam saw works. Our team may improve the layout; the number of boards is the most you will need.
